ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO POPCAP.COM STORE PURCHASES

Welcome to the PopCap.com Store! The additional terms and conditions set forth below apply to your use of the
PopCap.com Store and any merchandise purchased by you from the PopCap.com Store. Any purchase order
or other similar forms containing provisions contrary to these terms are not binding on PopCap.

ORDERING

You must be 18 years or older and a U.S. resident to purchase merchandise through the PopCap.com Store.
If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission of your parent or guardian to order.

All orders for PopCap.com merchandise must be placed online through the PopCap.com Store.
PopCap does not accept orders for PopCap.com merchandise through any other means.

You can browse through the online catalog of items available for purchase from the PopCap.com Store.
If you find an item that you wish to purchase, click on the "Buy Now" button which will place the item
into your shopping cart. When you have completed shopping, you can access your shopping cart by clicking
"My Cart" located at the top of each of the PopCap.com Store pages.

You may remove items from your shopping cart by clicking the "Remove Item" button. Once you are ready
to place an order for the items listed in your shopping cart, click the "Order Now" and you will be asked
to complete your order by providing the shipping address and payment information.

You must provide a valid email address and a street address located in the continental U.S., Alaska or
Hawaii for billing and shipment. PopCap cannot deliver merchandise purchased through the PopCap.com
Store to P.O. Boxes or IPO/FPO addresses.

You may pay for merchandise purchased through the PopCap.com Store using any of the following payment
methods: VISA, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal or through redemption of valid coupon codes or
gift certificates.

PopCap will provide you with an email confirmation of your order once it has been received by PopCap.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

PopCap attempts to make its description of the merchandise available for purchase on the PopCap.com
Store as accurate as possible. However, PopCap does not warrant that merchandise descriptions or other
content made available on the PopCap.com Store is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If merchandise offered by PopCap is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING

All prices on the PopCap.com Store are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices for merchandise are subject to
change at any time without notice and are not confirmed until a valid order has placed for merchandise.

Charges for shipping, handling and tax are not included in the merchandise price but will be displayed
during the checkout process.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

PopCap will ship orders only to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska or Hawaii.

All merchandise ordered through the PopCap.com Store is shipped using a carrier selected by PopCap.
Shipments will be delivered on weekdays (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) and there is no delivery
available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.

PopCap charges a single flat fee for each unit shipped. If you order multiple items, PopCap reserves
the right to hold your shipment until all items are in stock. The total shipping charge will be displayed
on the order form before you checkout and submit the order to PopCap for processing.

The date your merchandise will be delivered depends on a variety of factors, including the date and time
of your order, the destination address and how quickly the order can be assembled for shipping. You will be
notified by email once your merchandise has shipped.

If a requested item is no longer in stock or if your order may be delayed based upon current unavailability
of an item, we will email you and you will be given the option to cancel that portion of your order which
is not in stock or may be delayed.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund of the merchandise price (excluding
shipping costs which shall not be refunded). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as
undeliverable, although you are welcome to place a new order for the merchandise for shipping to a
valid U.S. address.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from PopCap are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the
risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon PopCap's delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION

You may cancel or make changes to an order by notifying PopCap through the "Customer Service/Returns"
link displayed on each page of the PopCap.com Store. Once an order has been prepared for shipment,
the order cannot be changed.

RETURNS

You may return any merchandise purchased through the PopCap.com Store, provided that the merchandise
that is returned to PopCap in its original unused condition within thirty (30) days of delivery and PopCap
will refund the price you paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping costs which shall not be refunded.

You shall be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of merchandise.
PopCap will notify you via email once it has received and processed the returned merchandise.
